About the Role
We?re on the hunt for a multi-site Practice Manager who?s equal parts leader, problem-solver, people-builder, and patient-champion. In this role, you?ll be the one making sure the practice runs smoothly, the staff feels supported, the providers can focus on care, and patients leave feeling like they?ve been heard, helped, and valued.

What You?ll Get To Do
- Be the heartbeat of the practice: Oversee daily operations and keep everything flowing.
- Lead & inspire: Manage, mentor, and cheer on the front office team while creating a culture people want to be part of.
- Support the providers: Keep patient flow moving, schedules humming, and providers focused on what they do best?care.
- Be the ?fixer?: Troubleshoot challenges, smooth out the bumps, and always find a way to improve the patient experience.
- Own the numbers: Partner with clinicians on finances, billing, and growth strategies to keep the practice thriving.
- Tech champion: Become the in-house expert on our EMR (and yes, teach others how to master it too).
- Keep it compliant: From HIPAA to OSHA, you?ll make sure we play by the rules while keeping things running efficiently.
- Think big-picture: Spot trends, analyze data, and bring creative ideas that make things better?for patients, staff, and the business.
What We?re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor?s degree preferred
- Experience: 3+ years in operations and at least 1 year in a management/supervisory role.
- Nice-to-have extras:
- 6+ years of practice management experience
- Billing/insurance know-how (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial)
- Familiarity with HIPAA, labor law, and compliance standards
- Skills & mindset:
- Natural leader and great communicator
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-loving
- Thrives in a team environment but can also own independent projects
- Excited about making healthcare better

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually, with bonus opportunity
Schedule: Mondays-Fridays, 8:45am - 5pm. Brookfield: Mondays & Wednesdays. Mequon: Tuesdays & Thursdays. Friday: flexible, either location.
