Do you love working with young children and helping them build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Preschool Gymnastics Coach to join our team! Must be 16YO+ to apply
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience working with children ages 2–5 (preschool, early education, or coaching experience preferred)
✅ Strong communication and people skills – able to interact positively with both children and parents
✅ Must be LOUD, outgoing, and energetic - no exceptions
✅ Must be patient, nurturing, and understanding - no exceptions
✅ Hardworking, reliable, and honest – a team player who takes pride in their work
✅ Physically capable of comfortably lifting 50 lbs (spotting and assisting gymnasts as needed)
✅ Must be available Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–7:15 PM and willing to work Fridays/Saturdays as needed
What You’ll Do:
- Lead fun, upbeat, safe and engaging preschool gymnastics classes and age-appropriate instruction.
- Help children develop basic gymnastics skills, balance, coordination, and confidence
- Provide positive encouragement, positive redirection, positive reinforcement
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by completing daily tasks
