Duties
- Prepare and bake pretzels according to established recipes and specifications.
- Monitor the cooking process to ensure optimal quality and consistency.
- Package finished products for sale or catering orders, ensuring presentation meets company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill catering orders and special requests efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient supplies and reporting shortages.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food production techniques.
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred, particularly in baking or pastry-making.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food industry practices is essential.
- Experience in catering or high-volume food production environments is a plus.
- A passion for cooking and creating innovative food items is highly valued.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
