- Execute on strategic plan for subscription pricing optimization, balancing revenue and volume growth at a product and market level.
- Support the strategy behind pricing and promotions, leveraging both strategic frameworks and quantitative analysis to chart future business models.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
- Help identify value opportunities and recommend pricing hypotheses to test.
- Assist in recommending key metrics that should be used to make informed decisions and support the development of analytical tools that can inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
- Work effectively with people across the organization, gather information, provide recommendations, and identify improvements to current processes.
- Identify what is not working and recommend solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in modeling, strategy, and pricing optimization.
- Experience with consumer subscription pricing, understanding CLV drivers.
- Direct hands-on experience querying databases, collecting, preparing, and transforming data into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to management.
- Proven track record of implementing successful pricing strategies for recurring revenue, maximizing enterprise value.
- Full cycle experience, from analysis to execution, supporting pricing strategy and pricing operation.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $75,000 and $85,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
