- Complete credit applications for potential vendors

- Prepare and file 1099 statements in accordance with IRS regulations and deadlines
- Process tuition reimbursements
- Perform other assignments as delegated by the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Fiscal Services, and/or Director of Business Operations

Description: The Procurement Specialist regularly and directly assists the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Fiscal Services, and Director of Business Operations, in a confidential capacity, the coordination of the procurement card program, and oversight of accounts payable. This position ensures that Business Office processes are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and District internal controls.
Starting Rate: $33.65/hour, Non-Exempt under FLSA
