Product Analyst, International Growth Responsibilities
- Identify and measure success of international product growth efforts through goal setting, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of key product metrics to understand local market trends and insights.
- Apply technical skills with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and the presentation of data to develop international product growth strategies.
- Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of meaningful problems using different analytical and statistical approaches.
- Partner with International Product Growth Managers, engineers, product managers, designers, data scientists, researchers, and other cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute international growth strategy and investment decisions across Meta’s products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
- 3+ years of work experience in analytics or 2+ years of experience with a Masters Degree.
- Capacity to work with teams based outside of North America across multiple time zones.
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL) and A/B testing statistics knowledge.
- Experience working on a product or service used by a wide-range of communities.
- Experience performing analyses with minimal direction to answer ambiguous open ended questions.
- Experience working with and influencing multi disciplinary product teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in international markets (specifically emerging markets such as Southeast Asia and Latin America).
- Experience working on products or services used by international users.
- Native fluency of one or more languages used in international markets (specifically those in Latin America or Southeast Asia).

$105,000/year to $156,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
