• We are seeking a highly proactive, creative and action-oriented Product Manager who is able to understand the full strategic picture, draw conclusions based on market and performance data, and translate insights into effective strategies and tactics.
• The ideal candidate combines analytical strength with strong execution skills, initiative, ownership, and the ability to drive projects forward in a dynamic environment.
• You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from planning and executing high-impact marketing activities to orchestrating successful product launches.
• In this dynamic role, you will translate market trends and competitive insights into innovative growth strategies, developing tactical programs and promotional campaigns that drive real business results.
• Beyond strategy, you will serve as a vital partner to our Sales Team by providing expert clinical training and high-quality materials, while simultaneously building influential relationships with Key Therapy Leaders and healthcare professionals.
• By managing everything from budget alignment and accurate forecasting to representing the brand at major medical events, you will ensure our portfolio remains at the forefront of the industry while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and scientific excellence.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Marketing or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical abilities with proven experience in interpreting market data, identifying trends and supporting strategic decision-making.
• High level of initiative, creativity, action orientation and capacity to work independently.
• Ability to understand the full market and organizational context and derive insights that guide both strategy and execution.
• Strong strategic influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and collaboration skills, combined with genuine team-playing abilities and empathy.
• Clear, impactful communicator with strategic and critical thinking, strong problem-solving, and solid project management skills.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement, and market access
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Valid driving license (category B).

Desirable

• Business level or above proficiency in English.
• Experience with rare diseases or tumors.
• Confident user of virtual and omnichannel engagement tools.
