Responsibilities - Production Control
· Plan schedule and monitor daily production to make sure all the requirements are met through setting and achieving production rates.
· Improve organization for regular and timely delivery.
· Communicate with suppliers for raw materials.
· Monitor and control overtime schedule and costs.
· Perform all other duties assigned.
Qualifications- Production Control
· Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
· At least 3 years of experience in automotive industry and in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
· Excellent interpersonal communications and presentation skills
· Work responsibly, effectively, and independently
· Teamwork skills are a MUST!
· Flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
· Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
