Job Description
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in concert and event production, especially in areas like dance floors, vinyls, draping, and staging. This role involves both on-site project execution and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and work with dance floor installations, vinyl applications, draping setups, and concert staging.
- Serve as a reliable lead or support on event load-ins and load-outs.
- Train and supervise crew on best practices, safety, and efficiency.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse, including inventory and equipment tracking.
- Assist with logistics, packing, and prepping for upcoming events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively on-site and in the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in event or concert production.
- Strong knowledge of relevant materials (e.g., vinyls, truss systems, pipe & drape).
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and support a team.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work non-traditional hours as needed.
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
