Hours: Full Time (40-45 hours in busy season, 30-35 in slower season)
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience

Administrative Excellence: From managing documentation to maintaining material orders, you'll ensure our installation schedule is a beacon of efficiency and organization..
Customer Journey Support: Whether it’s processing documentation or coordinating with our amazing clients, your role is crucial in amplifying our brand values of integrity and service.
Operational Synergy: By submitting permits, managing work orders, working with in house labor and sub-contractors and overseeing product ordering, you'll directly contribute to our seamless operational workflow, exemplifying our commitment to teamwork and excellence.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Placing and tracking material orders for all jobs.
- Scheduling in-house crews as well as subcontractors to perform work on customer’s homes.
- Maintaining delivery and pick up schedules for materials and disposal
- Ensuring proper documentation and photos are being uploaded into the CRM system.
- Calling homeowners to coordinate scheduling and keeping customers up to date on any project updates
- Create and place work orders and material orders for various jobs.
- Coordinate schedules between homeowners, subcontractors, and in-house teams.
- Communicate with subcontractors and employees about lead times and availability.
- Review and update CRM and timesheet calendars weekly to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare, submit and close permits needed for installs,
Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Production Scheduler in a customer service setting. Experience in the construction industry is required.
- Must be comfortable talking in a professional manner with customers on the phone and in person.
- Must be proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) with a quick-learning capability for CRM systems.
- You’re detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in both team and individual settings, building strong relationships with in house crews and sub-contractors through excellent communication.
