Position Overview
As a Production Technician, you’ll play a vital role in restoring textiles, furniture, household goods, and electronics damaged by fire, smoke, or water. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and process customer items with care and efficiency.
- Ensure work areas are organized, safe, and compliant with company standards.
- Represent FRSTeam professionally, always enhancing the customer’s experience.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and dedication in all interactions with customers, team members, and management.
- Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with production or scheduling challenges.
- Report equipment issues or customer concerns promptly to management.
- Contribute to overall production quality, team improvement, and service excellence.
- Attend required training sessions and stay current on best practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service in every interaction.
- Immediately report any damage or breakage to management.
- Uphold FRSTeam’s values and operational standards at all times.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to speak, hear, and use hands to handle tools and materials.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with arms.
- Must be able to lift or move up to 40 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work environment noise levels are typically low to moderate.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
