Morrigan Employment needs 2 full-time Production Workers for a feed production warehouse in MULINO, OR.
✅ Position Details:
- Role: Production Worker
- Location: Mulino, OR
- Schedule: Variable – Saturdays required, Sundays off, flexibility available Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay: $18/hour
✅ What You'll Do: Transform feed into packaged products for our community's animals! Your day includes:
- Filling bags with animal feed for retail customers
- Storing feed bags efficiently in warehouse space
- Assisting customers by loading heavy purchases into truck beds/cars
- Palletizing bags of animal feed
- Maintaining a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace
✅ Requirements:
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to frequently stand, bend, lift, and reach to perform necessary job functions and tolerate hot/humid work environment (indoor/outdoor worksite)
- Must be able to work in environment containing allergens (from feed and hay) or dust/airborne particles
- Frequently required to lift/push/pull/carry weight up to 50 pounds; worker will be exposed to hazards such as repetitive lifting
- Ability to perform basic math to ensure correct volume/feed ratios
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
