Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and experienced cleaning dynamo in Seattle to join our team, part-time. As a residential cleaner, you and your assistant will work to clean multiple units in luxury apartment buildings daily. This approach reduces travel time and maximizes your income potential. Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned units, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns or special requests.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in residential cleaning.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Willing to work within a 25 mile radius of downtown Seattle.
- English fluency.
- Your own cleaning supplies including vacuum cleaner.
- Recruit your own assistant.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift, no weekends.
- Part-time
Compensation:
- Average $40-65 per one hour clean for 2 person team.
- Bonus opportunities, increased base rate on performance, and tips.
