Chef Todd & Nickki Golden have been in business for over 35 years in NWA. Mermaids has been in business for 23 years, our new location is at Rogers Pinnacle. We are looking for an experienced server who is available lunches and dinners, dedicated to the role and passionate about customer service.
Servers have 4-6 table sections and rotate seating based on number of covers (not tables). We have a General Manager and three Assistant Managers that you should be comfortable working with.
There is a 2% net sales tip out for our evening bartenders.
You must be confident in our menu and answers guests' questions. We make everything in-house and it is important that our servers are aware of all ingredients and allergens.
You will receive training days before you receive your own section. Training rate is $11 per hour.
Customer service is key for a wonderful guest experience and you will receive training on how to best greet, serve, and leave a lasting positive impression.
