The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Program Integration Support Analyst to join the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization supporting the Executive Fleet Team in San Antonio, TX.

BDS is a global leader in the development, production, maintenance and enhancement of fixed-wing and rotary wing aircraft, commercial and government satellites, human spaceflight programs and weapons. Key markets include aeronautics, space and weapons. Core capabilities are in development, production and mission enabling upgrades of integrated solutions. Position Responsibilities:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

2+ years of experience leading or managing complex, cross-functional team

3+ years of experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problem

3+Experience in a role that required teaming and collaboration skills, and ability to work well with a geographically dispersed cross-functional and matrix tea

Shift:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $91,800 – 124,200
