The Level 1 Project Administrator is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support on a small project(s) to ensure that services to internal and external customers are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Scope:
The Level 1 Project Administrator reports to the Senior Project Administrator and is responsible for providing office and clerical services. This position may support the Senior Project Administrator to ensure that the record documents (both hard copy and electronic) are properly handled and kept up to date at all times. Failure to provide these services in an efficient and effective manner will result in disruptions in the provision of services.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
2. Perform clerical duties to maintain SEDALCO administration on a small project(s) under the tutelage of the Senior Project Administrator. All tasks should be performed in a timely manner with no errors.
3. Responsible for the joint check process, if necessary, for Subcontractor.
4. Maintenance of Corporate Files for each project.
5. Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Three (3) Years Previous, Verifiable Experience in this Capacity for a Commercial Construction Company
- Proficient with personal computer-based software, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook), Bluebeam and Viewpoint is preferred.
- Mastery of All Assistant Project Administrator Responsibilities
