About the Role
IGS (Integrated Global Services) is seeking a proactive and driven Project Manager to lead and execute field service projects under our HOT_TEK TUBE TECH (HTTT) division. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who thrives in complex industrial environments and wants to make a direct impact on safety, quality, and operational excellence across power generation and hydrocarbon processing industries.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys leading teams, interfacing with clients, and delivering high-stakes technical projects with excellence — all while upholding IGS’s core values: safety, integrity, innovation, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities-Project Leadership & Execution
- Plan, lead, and execute field projects from pre-mobilization through post-completion reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all IGS and client-specific safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
- Lead site teams through Team Leaders, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to spec.
- Conduct on-site quality control and performance evaluations (~2 hours daily in the field).
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary IGS contact on-site, maintaining a professional and solutions-oriented demeanor at all times.
- Communicate timelines, changes, and project updates clearly and proactively.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities during field engagement.
Operational & Financial Oversight
- Optimize use of materials and labor to maximize gross margin and team bonus eligibility.
- Manage logistics: resource planning, equipment requests, travel coordination, and team scheduling.
- Submit all required billing, timesheets, documentation, and project reports accurately and on time.
Team Development
- Coach and mentor Team Leaders to ensure effective leadership, communication, and accountability.
- Oversee end-of-project evaluations and support training initiatives for continuous improvement.
Critical Success Factors

Qualifications Required:
- 3–5+ years in Project Management roles (industrial or technical field services strongly preferred)
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in high-risk, high-impact environments
- Knowledge of OSHA, site-specific safety practices, and field operations protocols
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
- Valid TWIC card, passport, and driver’s license
- Ability to pass DISA drug/alcohol screenings and background checks
Preferred:
- Engineering degree in a relevant field
- Experience in power generation or hydrocarbon processing facilities
- Situational leadership and coaching experience
- Ability to perform in extreme conditions (confined spaces, heat, dust, noise)

Effort/Working Conditions:
- High physical effort and high level of physical exertion is required for this position
- Job is performed in a challenging environment in various client facilities which includes but are not limited to refineries, paper mills and power plants in both the USA and International locations
- Work is generally performed in a confined space with extreme temperature variations
- Regular attendance is essential for satisfactory performance in this position, reliability is required
- Great flexibility is required including the working of overtime to meet seasonal or other peak workload demands
- Moderate/high degree of danger associated with job
Education and Experience Required:
- Engineering degree in a work related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years’ progressive responsibility in project management position required
- Proven track record in effectively managing small and medium sized projects required
- Demonstrate situational leadership; understanding when and how much each employee needs direction or support on any given situation
- Experience with specialized technology based field services operations and environments servicing predominantly the power generation and hydrocarbon processing industries
- Be active in our main DISA drug screen policies including our Urine & Alcohol and Hair Follicle tests.
- Be able to clear any other project specific drug screen as needed.
- Have an acceptable Criminal Background to be able to access our strictest client sites including Canada and/or not have a DISA background score higher than 2.
- Have a Valid US Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
- Have a Valid TWIC Card.
- Have a Valid Passport (US or Foreign).
- Be able to pass site-specific testing (such as Basic Plus or other general safety and site knowledge tests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
