We’re looking for a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our team in the structural steel industry. This role is essential in managing the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction coordination to final installation—ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong customer relationships and communication throughout the project
- Provide value engineering to optimize design and reduce project costs without compromising quality
- Manage all project submittals, RFIs, and documentation to ensure timely approvals
- Oversee buy-outs of equipment and subcontractors, negotiating scope and pricing
- Lead full project coordination between the client, engineers, shop, and field crews
- Take accurate field measurements to support fabrication and installation
- Create and manage project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting as needed
- Price and write change orders, ensuring proper documentation and client approval
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience in structural steel project management
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication, erection methods, and field operations
- Proficient in reading blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications
- Highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to visit job sites as required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
