The_ Project Manager_ is responsible for the following:
- Lead and manage commercial and residential structural and misc metals projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from project awarded to project completion
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project deadlines
- Reviewing shop drawings, track revisions and manage scope changes
- Review and manage project budget, contract, schedules and change orders
- Send Requisitions for all materials, equipment and jobsite resources required for the project to the Production Coordinator
- Identify and communicate all labor needs for fabrication and installation of each project with the Production Coordinator
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in structural steel or metal industry
- Proficient with steel industry software; Tekla EPM, Bluebeam, Adobe, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be located within reasonable commute to office location
- Hours: M-F 7:30am-4pm
- In Office only (not a remote position).
