We’re looking for a Project Owner, our internal term for Project Manager, to guide both recurring and one-time client projects with clarity, accountability, and a healthy dose of humanity. While an understanding of digital marketing is helpful, what we really need is a strong project leader who knows how to keep people and plans on track.
This role is based in Central Florida, and includes a hybrid setup with occasional in-person client lunches, strategy sessions, or video shoots.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the primary point of contact for a variety of clients, serving as the communication bridge between them and our creative team. You’ll keep projects organized and moving, while building relationships rooted in trust and transparency.
- Manage multiple client projects across web, content, SEO, paid ads, and branding
- Work with both recurring and one-time clients, tailoring communication and timelines to their goals
- Coordinate with our internal team of designers, developers, writers, and strategists to ensure work is delivered accurately and on time
- Lead client meetings and check-ins, including occasional in-person sessions around Central Florida
- Proactively manage timelines, project scopes, and deliverables across multiple accounts
- Solve problems before they become issues, keeping both client satisfaction and team efficiency in mind
- Represent “The Clarity Way”: our internal approach built on transparency, positivity, and a high level of service
Who You Are:
- A professional with 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital agency or marketing environment
- An excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project setting
- Someone who takes ownership, keeping things from falling through the cracks without needing constant reminders
- Skilled at balancing the big picture with the little details
- Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms (we use Teamwork), and digital marketing concepts
- Based in Central Florida, and open to hybrid work with local in-person commitments
- Friendly, team-oriented, and excited about helping small businesses succeed
