What does a successful Implementation Project Specialist do at Fiserv?

The Implementation Project Specialist is responsible for the management and execution of critical business processes that deliver solutions that meet client requirements. A project specialist is a project manager, a subject matter expert and a problem solver. A project specialist is organized, process and detail oriented and is motivated being part of a collaborative and dynamic operational team.

What you will do:

  • Execute critical business operational tasks that are required to deliver against project objectives.
  • Execute business, operational and technical tasks in accordance with defined process and procedures.
  • Develop expertise across a broad spectrum of solution deliverables.
  • Coordinate and orchestrate with other team members to achieve goals, remove roadblocks and deliver results.
  • Communicate and report project status, issues and risks to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage expectations and delivery within time frames and deadlines.
  • Contribute to continual improvement initiatives to drive automation, efficiencies, quality, and consistency in operation.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent in an implementation capacity or environment.
  • Strong execution skills and the ability to connect dots to understand the complete picture.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality; adherence to process and procedures.
  • Balance multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong sense of accountability.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to the team and client experience.
  • The ability to manage rapid change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and make information-based decisions.
  • Perform independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer services skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% to support business needs.

What would be great to have:

  • Previous experience in the financial industry.
  • Credit processing knowledge.

Salary Range

$50,400.00 - $90,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
