Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent, located typically in the Southeast region. The Project Superintendent will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, inspecting work progress, managing logistics, and ensuring site safety.
Qualifications
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions
- Experience in Commercial Construction
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent
- Proficiency in Inspection processes, particularly safety and jobsite cleaniness.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to use Procore is a plus, but we can train as well.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and having your OSHA 10 and 30, as well as CPR and First Aid certifications is a plus. we will provide to the right candidate is the certifications are not current or in hand.
- Ability to climb a ships ladder; carry a 70-pound load and walk easily up and down stairs
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
