Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various units within our area. This role requires a strong maintenance background, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance at our student, commercial, and residential properties
- being on time and working with a team and independently
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for tracking maintenance tasks.

Skills
- Strong knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks.

- Electrical knowledge to assist in diagnosing electrical issues.
- Supervising experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in English for effective communication within the team.
