Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Location: Hybrid Remote – San Antonio, TX 78216 (Near 410 & 281 / Airport Area)
Schedule Expected Hours: 20–40 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose according to DSM-V criteria
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medications (e-prescribe same day as appointments)
- Order and follow up on necessary labs
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff regarding patient care
- Document visits accurately and promptly in Tebra (EHR system) – within 24 hours
- Respond to patient inquiries via staff messaging system
- Participate in a rotating call schedule (1 week out of every 4; mostly refill requests)
- Maintain professionalism and compassion in all patients and staff interactions
