Psychometrist – Clarity Psychological Testing

We are seeking a dedicated Psychometrist to join our growing practice and support our mission of providing accurate, timely, and patient-centered assessments.
What You’ll Do
As a Psychometrist with Clarity, you’ll play a key role in the assessment process by:
- Clinical Testing Administration – Administering standardized neuropsychological and psychological assessments while creating a supportive, calm environment for patients.
- Scoring & Reporting – Accurately scoring, formatting, and documenting results and observations in compliance with HIPAA.
- Administrative Support – Assisting with scheduling, preparing testing materials, and managing patient files.
- Training & Leadership – Supporting onboarding and mentoring of new psychometrists and collaborating with clinical staff to enhance processes.
- Quality & Clinical Support – Maintaining consistency across testing procedures, using clinical judgment to observe patient needs, and collaborating with licensed psychologists.
- Clinic Maintenance – Ensuring testing spaces are organized, professional, and well-supplied across office locations.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a professional who is both detail-oriented and compassionate, with the ability to put patients at ease while maintaining clinical accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a therapeutic, educational, or healthcare setting.
- Prior experience with neuropsychological assessments preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, EHR, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards.
- Ability to travel between Kingston and North Reading offices.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $23–$25 per hour, based on experience.
