- Liaison for Readysign account formation, document creation, and tracking.
- Works collaboratively with Pupil Accounting Specialist on all count day procedures and special education data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with certified/support staff, general public, and other visitors to the organization.
- Ability to interpret, comprehend, and follow oral and written instructions in order to perform duties.
- Data monitoring for integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information regarding students, employees and others.

Position: Pupil Accounting Clerk, Special Education Department
Schedule: 7 hours/5 days a week 42 week a year
Position Purpose: The Clerk manages all data in the Michigan Power School for Special Education (MIPSE), the special education data warehouse system, by collaborating with the district Pupil Accounting Specialist and supporting all special education providers with reports, documents, and technical assistance within MIPSE.
