- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage in behavior management strategies to promote positive outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to memory care, senior care, and working with people with disabilities.
Experience
- Previous experience in patient care or caregiving is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with memory care techniques and senior care practices is a plus.
- Proven ability to assist individuals with disabilities effectively and compassionately.
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
