Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer support and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing front desk activities while supporting various office management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors/patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Support dental reception tasks, including scheduling appointments and patient follow-ups.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Skills
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing.
- Proficient in proofreading to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication management.
- Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Excellent administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong customer support skills to provide exceptional service to clients and visitors.
- Proficient in computerized office applications and software for efficient task management.
- Solid office management skills to maintain an organized work environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
