Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Professional to join our team. This role is essential for providing high-quality support and care to individuals in need, particularly in the areas of mental health and behavioral therapy. Duties
The Qualified Professional will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Providing direct patient care and support through various therapeutic modalities, including behavioral therapy and art therapy.
- Maintaining accurate medical documentation and records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and implement effective treatment strategies.
- Utilizing conflict management skills to address challenges that may arise during patient interactions.
- Educating clients and families about mental health resources and coping strategies.
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in case management, patient care, or a related field.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Strong understanding of mental health counseling techniques and behavioral management strategies.
- Experience with conflict management in clinical settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of art therapy principles is a plus but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Pay: $42,258.94 - $45,892.48 per year
