We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Professional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide clinical counseling and behavioral therapy to individuals and groups, focusing on mental health and addiction recovery.
- Manage case files, ensuring all medical records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Implement crisis management strategies to support clients in urgent situations effectively.
- Address gender issues through specialized counseling techniques that promote understanding and healing.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Experience:
- MA, MS, or Ph.D. required.
- Current Physician, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Behavioral Pediatrician, or Mental Health Professional (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW or LP) Minnesota license required.
- Have at least 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training in the examination and/or treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related condition OR Have completed the equivalent in graduate-level coursework at an accredited university.
- 1+ year of licensure and/or experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Knowledge and experience regarding cultural diversity preferred.

- Valid Minnesota driver’s license with an acceptable record is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
