Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Professional to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality support and services to individuals facing various challenges, including mental health issues, addiction, and behavioral concerns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in counseling and case management, demonstrating a commitment to improving the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide clinical counseling and behavioral therapy to individuals and groups, focusing on mental health and addiction recovery.
• Manage case files, ensuring all medical records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Implement crisis management strategies to support clients in urgent situations effectively.
• Address gender issues through specialized counseling techniques that promote understanding and healing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Experience:

• MA, MS, or Ph.D. required.
• Current Physician, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Behavioral Pediatrician, or Mental Health Professional (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW or LP) Minnesota license required.
• Have at least 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training in the examination and/or treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related condition OR Have completed the equivalent in graduate-level coursework at an accredited university.
• 1+ year of licensure and/or experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Knowledge and experience regarding cultural diversity preferred.

• Valid Minnesota driver’s license with an acceptable record is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
