Quality Engineer (m/f/d)
Job description
- Own and continuously improve assigned Quality Engineering and operational compliance processes, including NCR/CAPA, supplier quality, calibration, hazardous materials, safety/compliance, facilities & equipment, and third-party property
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions and quality improvement activities
- Support Quality inspections, quality planning, internal audits and AS9100 QMS implementation
- Analyse Quality KPIs and identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities
- Provide technical Quality support to Engineering, Production, Procurement and Warehouse
- Maintain regular hands-on interaction with workshop and operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical field
- Structured, analytical and independent working style
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good German and English skills
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Inspection or a similar technical environment
- Practical experience with NCR/RCA/CAPA, Quality processes and continuous improvement
- Experience with measurement/calibration, supplier quality or operational compliance is advantageous
- Experience in aerospace or another regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
- AS9100 / ISO 9001 knowledge is advantageous
- Willingness to work hands-on in a workshop/manufacturing environment
