- Prior experience with metal finishing plating processes required.
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a Quality role.
- Ability to manage and uphold our QMS. (Nadcap Aerospace Quality System AC7004 and Chemical Processing merit status.)
- Knowledgeable in reading technical documents, blue prints, and specifications.
- Must have professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to hold training sessions for employees.
- Successfully conduct internal, customer, and third party audits.
- Must be computer literate. Able to create & modify reports, documents, graphs, and email.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
