Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of quality control, product standards, and compliance within our organization. This role will work closely with production, safety, and operations teams to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to all OSHA regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet required standards.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols in alignment with OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Manager to maintain accurate records, track materials, and identify process improvements.
- Review and analyze workflows to increase operational efficiency and minimize errors.
- Lead audits, inspections, and investigations related to quality and safety compliance.
- Train staff on quality assurance standards, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements to enhance overall process performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and process optimization.
- Regular Travel required
