We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and animal husbandry, with the ability to perform various tasks essential to the daily operations of the ranch. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily farm operations, such as feeding horses and cleaning stalls, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Provide care for horses and small animals, including feeding, cleaning stalls, and monitoring health conditions.
- Assist in the maintenance of farm equipment and facilities.
- Operate machinery for transporting feed, supplies, and equipment around the ranch.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required for various farm activities.
- Maintain accurate records of animal care and equipment maintenance performed by the Ranch Hand.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ Ibs and to stand extended amounts of time.
- Ranch Hand experience is a plus but not mandatory!
- Excellent communication/ time management and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability!
