Delta Galil also sells its products under brand names licensed to the company including Adidas, Wolford, Polo Ralph Lauren, Wilson, Maidenform, Tommy Hilfiger and others.
Key Responsibilities:
Testing & Compliance
- Own all testing processes, including fabric performance, chemical, colorfastness, and fit/wear testing specific to active and intimate apparel.
- Ensure all materials meet internal and external compliance standards (REACH, Prop 65, etc.).
- Coordinate with 3rd party labs and internal QA teams to manage testing schedules and resolve failures.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Serve as the key liaison between mills, factories, customers, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Provide clear and timely communication around development status, material issues, and testing results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve material-related concerns
Raw Material Development & Sourcing
- Source and develop innovative, cost-effective raw materials aligned with seasonal and brand needs across activewear and intimates.
- Partner with design and product development to kick off new fabric development, ensuring aesthetic and performance needs are met.
- Manage mill/vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, lead times, and minimums.

Product Lifecycle Management
- Maintain accurate raw material records and fabric library
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Apparel, or a related field.
- 5+ years of raw material sourcing experience, with a strong background in activewear and intimates preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of fabric constructions, finishes, and performance properties.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance testing requirements for global markets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PLM systems, Excel, and working with overseas vendors.
- This an onsite role, with 5 days in our Secaucus, NJ office
PAY RATE: $100,000/yr-$110,000/yr
