We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Real Estate Attorney with 0-4 years of experience to join our South Miami office and contribute to a wide range of real estate transactions in a dynamic and thriving legal environment.
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across the spectrum of real estate law, working on everything from residential and commercial closings to complex development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to develop their skills, work directly with clients, and be an integral part of our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, deeds, and loan documents.
- Conduct due diligence, title examinations, and surveys.
- Manage real estate closings from inception to completion.
- Advise clients on real estate matters, including zoning, land use, and property disputes.
- Assist with the formation and governance of real estate entities.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient and effective client service.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission in good standing to the Florida Bar.
- 0-4 years of experience in real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of real estate law principles and practices.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
