Small Tennessee commercial real estate brokerage firm seeking a Principal Broker to recruit, manage, and support agents. Applicant's resume should reflect commercial experience, team supervision, and a Tennessee brokerage license. This is a virtual position providing very structured online systems for onboarding, training, inventory management, client system mangagement, with intensive Grant Cordone trainings covering various aspects of overcoming objections, negotiations, and becoming a top closer. Specialized asset classes include petroleum, hospitality, and land development along with the A-Z sale/lease properties. Closing transactions in these specialized asset classes is preferrent, but not required for quick learners alongside our training systems provide quick learning of these asset particulars. The company has approxiately 40,000 clients for these specialized asset classes and over 100+ listings creating an instant opportunity to begin transacting with the company business. The use of a Broker of Record allows us to transact nationwide allowing for much greater exposure outside of Tennessee.
The location of the Principal Broker is not important as we have built complex online systems. The right person will be a positive/motivating team leader, technically inclined, experience with CRMs, commercial closing experience, understanding and reading financials, and ability to support agents in securing transactions and navigating inspection and closing issues. The company has an established name in the specialized asset classes and looking to expand the agent base. Compensation is strictly performance and success based with overrides.
