Role
We are looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Representatives who are eager to work in a unique niche market. This role involves reaching out to individuals and families, identifying real estate opportunities, and assisting clients in taking the next steps toward selling or resolving property issues.
You don’t need experience; we provide training on our process, systems, and best practices for handling these specialized transactions. A background in real estate, sales, or property acquisitions is a plus. This is ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and deal-making.
Responsibilities:
- •Develop expertise in real estate opportunities
- •Prospect for new leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
- •Evaluate properties and present solutions to individuals and families
- •Build strong relationships with clients, attorneys, and industry partners
- •Conduct property assessments and coordinate with buyers, sellers, and investors
- •Meet or exceed sales and acquisition goals
Qualifications:
- •Real estate license preferred, but not mandatory
- •Sales experience, ideally in real estate, property acquisitions, or related fields
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills
- •Ability to work with discretion and empathy in sensitive situations
- •Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management software is a plus
- •Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
