Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for office activities.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Google Workspace and other office software.
- Assist with office management duties, including maintaining supplies and organizing files.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to management when needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is highly desirable.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office management practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
