The Evening Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls for the campus and routing inquires in a prompt,accurate and professional manner. Hours are Monday through Thursday 5:00pm -9:00pm
Job Duties:
- Leads the customer service activities at the point of first contact. (i.e., provide timely, courteous, and proficient
service to both internal and external customers)
- Answers all incoming calls and directs inquiries at the reception desk in a professional manner to the appropriate
associate or department.
- Offers assistance and directions to all visitors at the Campus
- Assists in monitoring and providing access to the building, in coordination with security officer
- Assists students with IT access issues including resetting passwords and submitting help desk tickets
- Performs all other assigned duties by the Dean of Instruction
SALARY:
$16.00 per hour
This position is eligible for overtime.
