- Check pets in and out for daycare and boarding services
- Maintain accurate client and pet records
- Process payments and provide information about our services
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, safe, and joyful environment
- 1+ year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (pet industry a plus!)
Strong communication and multitasking skills - A positive attitude and genuine love for animals
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Reliability and professionalism—you’re the face of our facility!
