Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or team member.
- Manage the company’s main email inbox, responding to inquiries and directing them as needed.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments for pest control services.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with various office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies.
- Uphold the company’s commitment to excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
