Your Day at a Glance
Picture yourself as the welcoming first impression of our office – greeting visitors, connecting calls, and keeping our workspace running smoothly. But here's what makes this role special: you'll wear many hats! One moment you're coordinating a meeting room booking, the next you're delivering lunch to a conference, restocking our pantry, or running the dishwasher between busy periods.
No two days are the same when you're our versatile team player who jumps in wherever needed. From managing mail and maintaining our pristine front desk to supporting events and keeping our kitchen sparkling, you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional workplace experience for everyone.
A day in the life of a Receptionist:
Customer Service
- Greet and direct employees and visitors with professionalism
- Manage phone system and transfer calls efficiently
- Organize mail distribution and coordinate package pickups
- Maintain dishwasher operations and kitchen cleanliness
- Keep reception areas pristine and report maintenance needs
- Arrange transportation and assist with meeting room bookings
Security & Safety
- Maintain security awareness and emergency procedure knowledge
- Issue ID badges for new hires, vendors, and visitors
- Monitor and stock office supplies within agreed levels
Operations Support
- Conduct daily meeting room checks
- Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance
- Support conferences with meal delivery and setup assistance
- Ensure clear communication across all operations
Flexibility is Key! This role extends beyond traditional receptionist duties – you'll be our adaptable problem-solver, supporting wherever the team needs you most.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with some flexibility to occasionally come in early and stay late.
Pay $20-21 hourly

Estimated total compensation for this position:
41,600.00 – 43,680.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
