Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally.
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Handling paperwork and ensuring proper documentation.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Dispatching drivers.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual
- Must be local to the Kendall area
- Must be available weekends as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Previous phone etiquette and office setting is a plus but not required. Training provided.
