- Greet clients as they arrive at the agency
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of clients as needed
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
