Receptionist
Full-time Receptionist Needed.
Successful candidates will possess outstanding phone, communication & software skills, will be professional in appearance, and must be 100% dependable.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors
Answer phone system, screen and direct calls
Handle queries from clients, customers and the public
Provide administrative and clerical support to all departments
Manage documents and files
Issue purchase orders
Manage meeting/conference room scheduling
Core Competencies:
Microsoft
Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Additional Requirements:
Previous reception/administrative experience
Dependable with strong work ethic – consistent, punctual and reliable attendance
Professional communication and appearance
Positive, can-do attitude
Commitment to growth and willingness to learn
Successful multi-tasker
Strong organizational & problem solving skills
Quick Books experience is a plus
Basic Accounting knowledge is a plus
