Overview:
We are seeking a kind, energetic, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist and / or Customer Service Representative. As a receptionsit, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate department or agent
- Assist customers with making payments
- Reconcile payment reports daily
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process mail daily and distribute it to the corresponding department or agent
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with order entry systems is a plus
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
