Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team in a dynamic dental clinic environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth communication between patients and staff. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
- Review and maintain accurate documentation for patient records, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Assist with filing and organizing patient files in accordance with office protocols.
- Provide medical administrative support by coordinating with medical providers and manage office supplies.
- Utilize software for patient management, appointment scheduling, and billing processes.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-organized at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office workflow and improve patient experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a med spa or medical administrative support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using office equipment and software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review and file management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to medical office management.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
