Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our Dealership team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Sign customers in and give vehicle keys to them for test drives.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
- Utilize office software, including Microsoft, for various administrative functions.
- Support team members with tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
