We’re looking for a friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent computer skills and digitally savvy to be a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Job Summary:
As the front line of our business, the CSR will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, entering dispatch information for service jobs, organizing paperwork, producing and submitting customer invoices, and sending follow-up emails to customers regarding upcoming maintenance and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and answer their questions accurately or direct them to the appropriate staff or department
- Input job information and dispatch numbers accurately into the scheduling system
- Organize, file, and maintain job paperwork and client records
- Submit customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Send reminder emails and service follow-ups for upcoming or recommended HVAC and generator services
- Communicate effectively with technicians and management regarding scheduling and job updates
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
